Sex Dreams

other hand

Dreams…. All that you ever wanted to do, without anyone else’s knowledge you can do it here! Literally!

If there is anything we’ve had an excess of is this factor of sex dreams! The very thought may entice you to get into a trance that is limitless! And I bet you that no amount of pictures or steamy films may perhaps give you any more ideas that have already grown in your mind! There are perhaps the largest number of examples whilst in dreams than there are while waking up and indulging in the actual act!

Sex researchers (if there are any such in their clan!) have observed that a majority of couples actually shun getting into the act because their dreams of lovemaking are so perfect that it is almost shameful when you are bogged down by reality. They fail to understand that almost all kinds of pornography has just one basis, that of perfection. You’d probably never come across babes and hunks of that size and caliber with the inexhaustible energy to bounce back into action at the press of a button (well! It’s more or less the case!) The guy just has this insatiable energy to pump his lady and the lady on the other hand also has this unlimited power of suckling everything that she lays her hands on! Strange! Then there are those that every human dreams of; his ex-crush. Not that it’s a really mean thing to fantasize about, but then everything in moderation has it’s own charm.

Diet for Kidney Disease

kidney disease

People with kidney disease need to maintain a special diet plan to prevent the building up of waste materials. This special diet involves controlling the amount of protein, phosphorus, sodium and water in the food. To know more about the diet for kidney disease read on...

The normal human body comprises two kidneys on either side of the spine just below the rib cage. Kidneys are bean shaped organs responsible for removing waste products from the body and extra fluid from the blood. The waste products are residues or remains of food and drink we've consumed, after they have been metabolized for energy. In the case of kidney disease, the body is unable to get rid of waste materials from the body. Since the kidneys are no longer able to discard the body wastes, the right thing to do is prevent the build up of these wastes in the human body. People with kidney disease need to modify their diet in order to reduce the chances of further kidney damage. However, the needs of each patient will vary, depending on their size, weight and extent of kidney disease. It is recommended to consult a renal dietitian before you follow a particular diet plan.

Apples have a host of beneficial vitamins and nutrients, and are a superb source of antioxidants that aid in neutralizing free radicals and help to prevent cell damage. While apples aren't one of the fruits (such as oranges and pineapple) that are high in Vitamin C, they contain phenolic acids and flavonoids that have the antioxidant protection equivalent to taking 1500mg of straight vitamin C. So yeah, they pack quite a punch, and the diseases above are just some of the mainstream ones they help lower your risk of developing. You can be assured that there are plenty more, and typing them out would take up several pages.

Herbs and natural cures in brief. Things you must know about lavender, herbal gardening and more.

Hello folks. Does anybody out there know anything about herbs and natural cures? I am no great pro but even I have picked up some pointers over the years.

Take lavender! I love lavender. Lavender is so easy to plant and look after, flourishes year after year, has a lovely, soothing scent, is known to induce relaxation, and keeps the moths away. I have a lavender plant on my kitchen window sill and sachets of lavender in my cupboards.

There are many methods to learn about herbal gardening. I personally have plenty of herbal gardening books on hand. You can exchange information with fellow gardeners or plant nursery salespersons too. And don’t forget elderly people. They have a wealth of information about herbs and natural cures.

Natural Tips to Reduce Body Odor

Natural Tips to Reduce Body Odor

Perspiration itself is normally odorless - it's the bacterial breakdown of sweat that causes most body odor. If you suffer from body odor, consider the following natural ways to combat it:

Splash rubbing alcohol under your arms to reduce bacteria.

Stimulant drugs, including caffeine, contribute to body odor by increasing the activity of apocrine sweat glands, special glands in hairy parts of the body that produce strong-smelling, musky secretions. Try eliminating caffeine if body odor continues to be a problem.

Natural Tips to Reduce Body Odor

Most commercial underarm products contain irritating or harmful ingredients, including aluminum salts and dyes. Avoid the antiperspirant varieties - you can find better deodorant only products in health-food stores, such as those containing extracts of green tea, which is antibacterial.

Polenta with Roasted Bell Peppers

Polenta, or cornmeal, is made from dried corn kernels that have been ground into fine, medium and coarse textures. It is cooked to a thick and moist consistency and either served hot - right out of the cooking pot - or cooled in a baking pan and cut into triangles. Here it is cooked with cheese to give it added flavor. The simple act of roasting peppers for the puree spread gives them a sweet, smoky taste - just right for mild-tasting polenta.

Food as Medicine: Red peppers are rich sources of lycopene, a carotenoid that may help reduce the risk of cancers of the prostate, bladder, cervix and pancreas.

4 Healthy Beverages

4 Healthy Beverages

Yesterday we discussed four unhealthy drinks that you should minimize or avoid. Today we cover four healthy beverages - experiment to find the best ways to incorporate them into your daily routine:

Green tea. My beverage of choice, green tea is a potent source of catechins - healthy antioxidants which can inhibit cancer cell activity and help boost immunity. Replace your morning coffee with a cup of tea for a healthier wake-up.

Cranberry juice. Cranberries are a rich source of vitamin C and contain a substance that hinders the attachment of bacteria to bladder walls, which can help prevent urinary tract infections. Don't Eat Late

The timing of your meals may influence your weight, at least if you're a mouse.Don't Eat Late A new study from Northwestern University suggests that late-night snacks or eating when you should be asleep can pile on pounds. The researchers were investigating why shift workers who are on the job at irregular hours tend to be overweight. So they fed mice a high fat diet during normal mouse sleeping time and fed the same diet to a control group of mice during the hours when the animals are naturally awake. All the mice gained, but the ones fed when they should have been asleep increased their weight by 48 percent compared to the others whose weight went up only 20 percent. All the mice ate the same number of calories and performed equal amounts of exercise. This suggests that the timing of meals matters to weight control. Earlier research found that our circadian clock regulates energy use, which implies that when we eat may affect the balance between calories consumed and the number of calories burned daily. The study was published online Sept. 3, 2009 by the journal Obesity.

100 Cigarettes and Breast Cancer

Who's counting? Researchers from the Mayo Clinic looked at smoking history and other risk factors for breast cancer in 1,225 women who developed the disease and more than 6,800 who did not.100 Cigarettes and Breast Cancer They noted that earlier studies didn’t clearly define whether participating women were current or former smokers or had never smoked at all. For this study, the researchers defined "smokers" - current or former - as anyone who had cumulatively smoked more than 100 cigarettes at any time. They found that just over 10 percent of the women in their study were current smokers; almost 9 percent had quit smoking and 81 percent never smoked.100 Cigarettes and Breast Cancer Those who had smoked more than 100 cigarettes proved at substantially increased risk for breast cancer; but the study also demonstrated that quitting reduces this risk. The researchers also found that women who had used birth control pills for 11 years or longer had a 200 percent increased risk of breast cancer, that those who took post-menopausal hormone replacement therapy had an increased risk of 81 percent and that women who had had hysterectomies had a reduced risk of 35 percent. The study was published in the September/October, 2009 issue of The Breast Journal.

2 Reasons You Need Vitamin B7

2 Reasons You Need Vitamin B7

Vitamin B7, also known as biotin, is a water-soluble nutrient necessary for several key metabolic functions. Why do you need it?

Biotin is as a co-factor in many enzymatic reactions, and serious complications can result from biotin deficiency, including diseases of the skin, intestinal tract, and nervous system.

Biotin plays a role in regulating blood glucose levels and may help in decreasing insulin resistance and improving glucose tolerance in those with type 2 diabetes.

2 Reasons You Need Vitamin B7

Biotin may be helpful in maintaining healthy hair and nails, and possibly preventing birth defects.

I recommend 50 mcg of biotin as part of a B-complex that contains a full spectrum of B vitamins, including thiamine, B12, riboflavin and niacin. You can also obtain biotin from foods including organ meats, barley, brewer's yeast, fortified cereals, corn, egg yolks, milk, royal jelly, soy, and wheat bran. Avocado, bread, broccoli, cauliflower, cheeses, chicken, fish, legumes, mushrooms, nuts, pork, potatoes, and spinach also provide biotin.

Don't Eat Before Bed

Don't Eat Before Bed

You may remember being warned not to eat just before you swim. But what about not eating just before bed? If you have ever eaten a big meal late in the evening, chances are you have had trouble falling or staying asleep. Why...

It is more difficult to digest food when lying down. Our digestive tracts work best when we are upright - sitting, standing or even walking. When you lie down after a meal, gravity can disrupt proper digestion; this can lead to acid reflux, or heartburn, which can hinder sleep.

Don't Eat Before Bed

Digesting food requires the body to expend energy. This can interfere with the relaxed metabolic state required for sleep.

Plums for Less Costly Antioxidants

If you're looking for a less expensive source of antioxidants than pricey organic blueberries, scientists at Texas AgriLife Research suggest trying plums.Plums for Less Costly Antioxidants Or peaches. Or nectarines. The investigators studied more than 100 varieties of these fruits and found their antioxidant and phytonutrient content to be as good as - or even better than - blueberries, which are an acknowledged great source of health protective antioxidants. Eating just one plum will give you the same amount of antioxidants you would get in a handful of blueberries scattered on your cereal, the researchers said.Plums for Less Costly Antioxidants They also looked at the effect of the protective compounds found in plums on breast cancer cells in the lab and reported that the phytonutrients in plums inhibited the growth of the malignant cells without compromising normal cell growth. All told, they suggested that in tough economic times, relatively inexpensive plums could be a better antioxidant bet than more costly berries. One caveat: because they fall about in the middle of pesticide load ranking by the Environmental Working Group (EWG), try to choose organic varieties of plums whenever possible. The study was funded by the Vegetable and Fruit Improvement Center at Texas A&M University and the California Tree Fruit Agreement.
